SuccessPath

Change Management Methodology

  1. Level Set: Focuses proactively on aligning organizational goals to the project.  This phase sets expectations, defines usage, performance and operational governance for successful adoption.
  2. Plan: Defines holistic change management plans focused on communication, training, managerial coaching, and resistance management.
  3. Execute: The execution of communication, alignment, and training to engage end users with a goal of helping them understand how the project impacts them at the individual level and their organization as a whole.
  4. Evolve: Ensures that adoption and proficient use of the application is occurring after go live.  This includes analysis of metrics vs. baseline, a health check of the application and recommendations.

SuccessPath looks at change management differently through a proactive approach by getting change management involved during the initial phases of the project rather than after the project is already underway.  Conversely, SuccessPath ensures the ongoing success by looking at adoption, usage and performance well after the project has been released to the end users through health checks, data analysis, advanced training and recommendations at defined milestones after project release.
