Loosely translated Vertiba (ver TEE ba) means value and trust.

Vertiba does one thing:  we help our clients get value from salesforce.com.  When successfully applied, we know this technology produces amazing results.  And when we get to drive that success for our clients, we think that’s pretty cool.  (Okay, call us CRM consulting geeks.)

Vertiba was founded by Jim Hooton and Ted Battreall who each have more than 20 years of CRM experience.  (Heck, these guys were doing Customer Relationship Management before it was even called CRM.)    They've been around the ol’ sales and service implementation block a few times and know what it takes to be successful with CRM projects.

The Tool: It starts with selecting the right tool.  CRM software is NOT a commodity.  Having worked back in the day with MS CRM, Siebel, Clarify, Pivotal, and Saleslogix, we know that when you really get under the covers, no product comes close to Salesforce.com for quality, features, and flexibility to meet business requirements.  That gives any customer a huge leg up in the quest for big results.  It helps a lot when sales reps and service agents really like using the product you’re implementing.  And it’s nice as a consultant when the software lets you easily address whatever complex business requirement your client throws at you.

The Team: But just as important to success, is the team leading the initiative.  Having worked collectively on more than 200 projects, we know that a consulting company is only as good as the individual people on its team.  So we are really picky about the kind of people we bring to our engagements.  Clients tell us that our consultants are smart, friendly, and the right blend of techie and business savvy.  We aren’t striving to create the biggest salesforce.com implementation company, but we do want the reputation for being the best.
